Seating and more seating - that’s an entertaining must have:
Custom made seating area with pull out storage drawers, which will have cushions and a fabric upholstered back where you see the plywood now.

Off of the guest bedroom is a bathroom sporting tile
that is clean and crisp and easy to maintain.

During the process of a kitchen renovation, we raised the ceiling in the adjacent dining area for added volume. The custom trim for the hanging light was designed and made by the hands of Kevin Frasco, owner of Craig Custom Builders. As the client is fond of the works of Frank Lloyd Wright, they decided to explore adding the element of gold leaf ‘faux paint’ on the new raised ceiling, which turned out to be a fantastic addition and an eye catching one at that! Since we spend so much time in our kitchens and eat-in dining areas it is only fitting to put the most attention in this living space!

Working within the same space as the original kitchen, the client chose to have us completely gut the space and start from scratch - working hand in hand with us for the coordination of product selections every step of the way. The new space holds many interesting design elements showing diversity in textures and colors: painted wood cabinets, matte finish granite countertops in a rainforest patterned red, handmade glass backsplash tiles, ribbed glass front on the cabinet above the sink, stainless steel appliances and a stained hardwood floor. Raising the cabinets to the ceiling give the client plenty of much needed additional storage.
